What I’m building

My north star is improving people’s lives and the world at scale, primarily through technology. I am relentlessly curious and love learning and solving creative, complex problems.

What I’m building at CodeYam

At CodeYam, I’m working to make it possible for more people to build beautifully designed, highly maintainable software with AI. For non-technical builders and vibe coders, that means being able to build good software at all. For developers and teams, it means moving faster and working better together.

After building and iterating on several products, our R&D led to CodeYam Editor. It works with the AI agents you already use to generate interactive software simulations and help both people and agents get better at creating and changing software.

I co-founded CodeYam and am in the product nearly every day.

How I got here

Riding with the Lyft Bikes & Scooters team in San Francisco

Before becoming a founder, I built and launched new products at Lyft. As a founding member of the Bikes & Scooters team, I helped grow a new business from zero to millions of riders and worked on the award-winning redesign of the rider app.

My path at Lyft was non-linear: from product marketing IC to leading a 30+ person marketing org to product lead for transit, bike, and scooter payments. I’ve always gravitated toward the hardest problems where I can have the most impact.

Today, in addition to being CodeYam’s CEO & Cofounder, I serve as Director of Growth on the Board of Harvard Alumni in Tech. I was a South Park Commons Founder Fellow and am an Alliance DAO alum. I graduated from Harvard College, where I was an NCAA Division I fencer. I’m now based in New York City and spend my free time reading, building, running, and surfing.

04Adventures

Exploring, learning, and creating my own momentum

I’ve always been active and curious. Reading and soccer were my first loves, followed by experimenting with everything from horseback riding to photography and baking.

Although I dreamed of surfing as a kid, I started fencing the summer before high school instead. I quickly became a nationally and world-ranked junior fencer, then a four-year starter on Harvard’s NCAA Division I team.

When I moved to San Francisco in my early 20s, I finally learned to surf. I also started running, though my only race was Bay to Breakers (twice). Years later, I discovered the roads and trails of Colorado, and now run and surf in New York. Along the way, I picked up yoga, bouldering, and snowboarding. These days, I’m a fast, serious reader and a slow, happy runner.

After nearly a decade on the West Coast and three years in Denver, I’m back east in New York City. Favorite adventures include hiking and safari in South Africa; surfing in Costa Rica, Mexico, Cornwall, Bali, and Del Mar, where I spent a couple of magical years; and exploring Cairo, Sydney, and New Zealand. I love semi-local adventures too, from Colorado mountain towns and fourteeners to exploring in and around New York City.
